Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
I don't typically review recipes because I often make a lot of changes, but with this one, I had to. It was fantastic. I followed the recipe exactly, but I did add a can of black beans and serve it over brown rice. It was bursting with flavor and I was pleased with how healthy it was. This is definitely going to be added to the rotation!

Chicken Chili Soup
I gave this 5 stars but made some modifications to make it even easier to make. I used canned chicken (rinsed to get rid of the sodium content). I also used 2 bags of frozen southwest corn. It has corn, green and red peppers, onions, and a great southwest seasoning, so I didn't have to add anything but garlic powder, parsley and a bit of pepper. I added all ingredients, then simmered for about 20 minutes. Served with tortilla chips. It was great!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I am giving this recipe 4 stars, because I did make some changes. I couldn't find golden mushroom soup, so I used one can of cream of mushroom, one can of cream of mushroom with garlic, and one can of beef broth, and I didn't add any water. I then added a packet of Lipton's Beefy Onion soup mix, and let the soups, Worcestershire sauce and beef cook for about 6 hours on low. I added 4 oz of cream cheese (I bought the kind in stick form, not in the bowl, so it equals one stick) and about 1/2 cup of sour cream. I let that melt for about 30 minutes. While that was finishing, I made egg noodles and mixed it all together in one pot. It was absolutely fantastic. My husband, who hates mushrooms and beef stroganoff, ate two bowls of it and raved about it. So with the changes, it was amazing.
