Sara's Pumpkin Pie
I ended up with WAY more than enough of the liquid... I doubled it to make two and ended up just making three... with some left over! I kept re reading the recipe, but I definitely did it right and had boatloads of extra. But it was delicious! Next time I might add a smidge more cinnamon and nutmeg, maybe less cloves. Easy peasy.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I
Simple and tasty. I seasoned the chicken and slapped it on my trusty george foreman grill and swapped out some veggies. Used a lot more oil then called for, but that may be because I tend to cook things too high. Definitely let your rice cool thoroughly. This whole thing actually takes longer than is advertised, but is worth it.

Rosemary Chicken Noodle Soup
Used tarragon and basil instead of thyme and red onion instead of white.... i think that was fine. I listened to the other reviews...bland....not enough water.... and I compensated. But it was still bland and not enough water :( ! More salt and pepper help, post cooking time. I would add even more chicken stock, bullion, or what have you to make it worth your time. And the directions, while blissfully simple, don't advise any very literal people to reduce the soup to a simmer and cover for the hour and 20 of cook time. Jazz it up people, and it will be palatable.
