Great Grandma's Peach Cobbler
Was quick and easy to make. I doubled the recipe and baked it in my deep cast iron skillet. I will use less sugar next time, it was just a tad too sweet. I love the crunchy top!

Spaghetti Squash I
just made some minor changes to recipe. I used extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil and fat free feta cheese. This is a super easy dish to make and just as super yummy!

Homemade Buttercrunch Candy
love this recipe, used butter instead of margarine, boiled to 300 degrees & used peanuts instead of almonds. It was a huge hit!!
