Pork Fried Quinoa
Very good! I had bacon and chicken in the fridge, so I cut them into small pieces and cooked them together before adding the veggies. I also added carrot and celery. Definitely still needs a few more veggies (in my opinion) and a little more soy sauce. Overall, VERY good and VERY easy!

Rice Balls a la Tim
My husband probably would have rated at 4 or 4.5. I thought these were pretty good, but not amazing. Although maybe next time I'll add more seasoning, esp salt. I used pizza sauce in the balls and thought that would be seasoned enough. Also, I used a different sauce (one with artichokes--yum) to top them and that did make them taste even better.

Chicken Strawberry Spinach Salad with Ginger-Lime Dressing
So much yummier (is that a word?) than I thought it would be! The flavor of the dressing enhances the flavor of the strawberries, and vice versa. I had trouble with the dressing being entirely too thin, so I added about a tablespoon or so of sour cream. I also took another reviewers suggestion by adding some cilantro, lemon juice (using only a splash of lime juice), and black pepper. Next time, I will make a lot more dressing to store in the fridge!
