Cinnamon Crunch Bars

Truly addictive. To ensure no burnt taste, completely cover crackers with syrup mixture. Also, finely chopped walnuts are best. I lowered oven temp to 375 and baked for 9 minutes in foil covered pan & they came out picture perfect!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Great with just the addition of garlic powder to taste. I brown a shoulder chuck roast, then bake in oven for 3 to 4 hours until totally tender.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Absolutely wonderful! I did constantly stir for about 10 minutes after adding the flour and half and half mixture until it thickened. i wouldn't change a thing; perfect recipe.
