Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

This is SO good! Tastes like a candybar!I also put it in a 9x13, instead of a springform pan. I will definitely be making this again!

Colorful Vegetable Fajitas

Instead of adding salsa, I cut up the veggies, and then let them marinate in a packet of fajita mix. I then grilled them and put them in tortillas. I poured a queso cheese dip over them and then put in oven for 15 mins. Delicious!!

Lentil Soup

This was delicious! I added celery and a can of diced tomatoes and chilies, instead of tomatoes. I used 4 cups of broth and 4 cups of water. Yummo!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were the BEST chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Delicious! Make sure the butter isn't too soft- really makes a difference in the texture.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

I changed a few things on this, and it was DELICIOUS! I used 5 cups of potatoes, instead of 3. I also used one can of regular corn and one can of creamed corn. I added some cayenne pepper for extra spice. Awesome!
