I made this for supper tonight, and like a couple other reviewers said was concerned about the lack of liquid but also resisted the urge to dump everything in at the beginning. I used 3 medium sized boneless breasts. Didn't have the dry Italian dressing mix, so used Lipton's Garlic & Herb soup mix. Cooked on low for about 6-1/2 hrs, and when I got home added the cream cheese & soup, put the lid back on while I put noodles on to boil. Then shredded the chicken right in the pot like another reviewer suggested. It is a bit too thick for my liking, so I did add about 1/4 cup of chicken broth. This is definitely an awesome slow cooker recipe. It wasn't quite as flavorful as I was hoping, but that could be the change in seasoning. I still gave it 5 stars though, because my 17 year old picky daughter loved it and had 2nd's...she rarely has 2nd's at home. That's an accomplishment right there! :) Thank you for sharing this simple but wonderful recipe!!
