I like this recipe easy enough. I've made it 5 times within the past 2 months. I added some flavor's into it to change it up a bit( vanilla,lemon, chocolate powder. I have a hard time rolling it out without cracking alos. The wax paper does help out quite a bit, I just put some water on the cracks and smooth it over with my fingers. I do not recommend this for big cakes(as a whole piece) but it is wonderful for shapes, and lines and flowers, things of that sort. That's why I give it four stars it is a winner for the details on a cake.
