Baby Back Ribs
OMGoodness!! These ribs were the best we've EVER had! I started with the dry rub suggested by others which included brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Removed the membrane, and rubbed in the dry rub. I then took Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce and brushed front and backs of ribs. Wrapped each slab in foil and put in refridgerator to "get happy" for the next 20 hours. Heated the oven to 300 degrees, and put slabs with foil on cookie sheet for 2 1/2 hours. The house smelled DELICIOUS as these were baking! I removed the ribs from foil and put in broiler pan and then turned on broiler and every few seconds kept turning the pans so they could char up a bit. I fed a group of 9, and everyone was licking their fingers!! The rub and sauce actually was absorbed into the meat and was not just a topping of sauce on the ribs. Try this one!!! It is a little work and prep time, but so worth it in the end!!!! Hope you find that it is better than any restaurant ribs you'll ever eat! Enjoy!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Oh my goodness! To say this is excellent is an understatement! I doubled the sauce as others had suggested and I'm glad I did! I actually made this for a serving of 12! RAVE REVIEWS!! From my in-laws to my kids of 17, 14, 3 and even my 1 year old! For the sauce...I'm going to try it with some pasta and shrimp tomorrow! The sauce is the best I've ever tasted! Try this recipe! It is sure not to disappoint!
