All Day Apple Butter
This is my second batch the first went quick! I would have given it five stars but decided on 4 due to a few inconsistencies in the recipe. #1.. prep time is longer than 30 minutes. I used a countertop apple peeler that moves quickly but dicing them takes time. The first tie I diced them rather finely but found it makes no difference. #2. Even with the fine dice a wisk did not create a smooth product. Use a immersion blender, works lie a dream. #3. Time after removing lid is more than an hour. Mine ran about 3 hours. I suppose this could vary due to how juicy your apples are. All things considered in will continue to use this recipe.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Excellent recipe! I took the advice of other posters and doubled the sauce, made too much but I can use it for another small pie. I didn't give it five stars because I thought it was missing something and after much thought I would add a diced potato or two to the peas and carrots mixture. Hubby loved it.

Grandma's Easy Turkey Taco Salad
Makes a ton of Taco Salad! Way too much for just my hubby and I. Not a problem but I will try to decrease the recipe next time. I used another reviewers tip and made my dressing half salsa and half ranch dressing and it was very good. Salad is very very tasty but it sure goes soggy fast. I used the taco seasoning recipe mentioned (Bill Echols) and will use it again.
