Swedish Meatballs I

I found this recipe to be extremely bland. I tried to add pepper but it didn't help. Unfortunately, my kids hated it too. It was disappointing; but since this is the first time I've made Swedish Meatballs - I will have to just try other recipes. No offense to anyone, and maybe you'll like the creaminess; but our family loves flavor and this just didn't have any.

Lemon Barbeque Meatloaf

This is the tastiest, and juiciest meatloaf I've ever made! I love it, hands down. Wouldn't change a thing. I made it for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a big hit! Very pretty, with the lemon on top and in the individual loaves. The sauce is to die for, quite different....the only thing I'll do differently next time is to double that sauce, so you can "dip" into it. AWESOME :)

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This was an AWESOME recipe for chili, lots of flavor and spice! One thing I may change (I made it according to the exact recipe the first time) is that I may not use the italian sausage (I am not a sausage fan) and maybe will use just plain extra lean ground beef for the whole thing instead...however, the sausage wasn't too bad in this recipe. Maybe even use some ground turkey in place of it, other than that, it was delicious! Even better the next day...worth the wait!

Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

This was the first time I've ever made a "real" cheesecake and it was a big hit! It wasn't too difficult, but I did make a few changes...I made my crust out of Oreo crumbs instead, and I would say it needs more caramel for the layer over the crust (maybe 50 caramels instead, because you could hardly see the layer) and then maybe more pecans too...but it was great and everybody asked for the recipe!
