Sweet Potato Casserole I

This will be the third Thanksgiving that I will make this casserole. Everyone I make it for loves it but it is very sweet. I've never tried it with the coconut or orange zest.

Southwestern Green Chile with Pork Stew

I've made it twice now and it was great both times. The first time I used fresh green chiles and the second I used canned. It was good both times, but spicier with the fresh chiles.
