Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

We loved this recipe! I used chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts in place of canned chicken and I only had 1 can of cream of chicken soup so I added a little extra milk. My family loved it!

Glazed Meatloaf II

This is the best meatloaf recipe I have ever made! Very moist but not mushy. Perfect consistency and flavor. I subbed 1 c. Italian bread crumbs for the bread and added 2 eggs instead of 1.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Delicious chicken pot pie recipe! Added a few more seasonings due to personal preference and added some corn because I didn't have enough peas and carrots. Will be using this as my staple pot pie recipe from now on!

Lucy's Mac and Corn

I make this dish often, but I add 1 4oz can of chopped green chiles to it. Seems to add that extra missing flavor, kids still like it, and adults seem to prefer it over the more bland version. I also cook mine in the crock pot on low for about 4-5 hours. The baking method never turns out right for me.

Arny Cookies

I love these cookies and so does everyone that I have made them for. I did read some reviews about the frosting having raw eggs. I made them twice with that frosting and no one got sick, but to be sure I now make them with homemade butter-cream frosting. They are awesome that way. Also good plain.

Balsamic Chicken and Pasta

I had an idea of something similar to this recipe and found this when I googled balsamic chicken. I had to change a few things based on the ingredients that I had, but this was a wonderful starter recipe to adapt. The only thing I would suggest is not to use as much balsamic as it calls for in the sauce. I only used 1 T and it was perfect. You could still taste the flavors.
