Baked Beans from Scratch

Very tasty, and with the right soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, it's gluten free and vegan! It doesn't make a lot, so I opt for a double batch.

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Not only are these fantastic cookies, but crushed up they make a wonderful gluten-free cookie pie crust in place of graham crackers! I used them for a chocolate pudding pie and it was delicious!
