Country Fried Steaks with Sweet Onion Gravy

I would have liked the steaks a little more tender, but otherwise this was delicious!

Havana Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Very good, sweet and spicy. I shredded the meat and served in tortillas. I had to substitute with things I had on hand, but it still worked: boneless pork sirloin chops instead of tenderloin, apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar, bottled lemon juice instead of a real lemon. I also added a bag of frozen grilled red and yellow peppers. Will definitely make this again!

Dawn's Kale Side Dish

First time I've ever tried kale (picked some up at the farmers market). Wow! This recipe is a keeper. I used butter instead of oil and just toasted the cashews in the butter in the skillet, then removed and started with the onion. I didn't have any garlic so I just sprinkled in some garlic powder. Perfect!

Caramelized-Onion Pork

Wow! We loved this. Followed the recipe except used coconut oil instead of olive oil. Next time will double the onions. My 12 year old wants this for dinner every night!

Zesty Beef Roast

This turned out excellent! Ten stars! I followed recipe exactly, except for adding some baby carrots and just a little more beef broth to cover the carrots. I basted every 15-20 minutes, using a separate timer for the 2 hours of cooking time. The beef was the perfect doneness and oh so tender. This is the first time I've ever been able to make gravy successfully, too. And I don't even like horseradish (hubby does, that's why I tried this recipe).

Sorta Salisbury Steak

Yum! I did season the steaks with garlic powder and season salt before dredging in the flour, and I used a little less Worcestershire (because I ran out)... meat was very tender!

Pork and Corn Stuffing Bake

Tropical Pork Chops

I thought this was excellent! I chopped the onion in bigger pieces, and had to use crushed pineapple because that was all I had on hand, and I used about twice as much of both the onion and pineapple than the recipe calls for. I will definitely make this a weekly dinner!
