Cherry Tomato Sauce with Penne
This was very easy and tasted good. I didn't have fresh oregano, so I used dried. Also, I reduced the pepper flakes for someone else in the house. There was still lots of thin sauce after stirring into the pasta for a few minutes, so next time I will use only 1.5 cups of chicken broth. I'm sure we'll be making this throughout the tomato season -- what a great way to use our cherry tomatoes and yellow pear tomatoes!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
My husband and I liked this. My daughter said she didn't like the dill. I got her to try a caper, and she didn't seem too fond of that, either (but that doesn't surprise me -- she's very picky). I fixed three chicken breasts, and cut them into cubes because I thought that would work well with the sauce and pasta. Deglazed the pan with chicken broth. Omitted the salt (we try to do lower sodium), and didn't miss it at all. Used half & half because that's what I had, and doubled it. I thought it was easy and turned out well. We will fix this again. Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing
Made this to go with dinner tonight. Halved the recipe. Used half the amount of dried dill (because that's what I had), and less salt. Tasted and squeezed in a little fresh lemon juice and just a sprinkle more sugar. I liked it and my husband *really* enjoyed it. ~~Thanks for the recipe!
