Guilt-Free Chocolate Cake

For low fat cake I was VERY happy. Yes it has a little diet taste but it is the same with weight watcher brands. I used a butter recipe cake mix with the 2x protein Greek Yogurt cherry/pom and added one TBS Agave Syrup.

Quinoa and Black Beans

My ten year old gave it a 10 as well as myself!!! My husband not a healthy eater gave it a 5 or 6. After reading some reviews I changed broth to 1 1/4 and added 1/4 lemon juice. Gave it a salsa twang. Also, added red and yellow pepper with onion and garlic. As well as a 1 tsp chili powder. NO CORN & CAYENNE PEPPER!!! WILL BE MAKING THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN! ! !

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I have made this twice now. Only added meat tenderizer and garlic powder on both sides with slits cut into meat for 10minutes before applying 1st coat of sauce.

Fudge-Nut Oatmeal Bars

WILL MAKE AGAIN! Less salt in the fudge filling. I am going to try 1/4 tsp the next time. Also, I am going to use milk chocolate chips the next time. I didn't use any nuts. I like them but not my family.

Mexican Casserole

VERY GOOD! I marinated my chicken cubes in olive oil and taco seasoning the night before and added fresh cilantro. Also, added more salsa than adding water. My family (3 including me) is not a huge corn fan. So the next time I will leave it out and add another can of beans. Mine made WAY more than 4 servings but we are not big eaters either. We have enough leftover for all 3 again and at least enough for 2 more servings after that. ENJOY!
