Salmon Quiche

I give this 4 stars because, while it was very yummy, I don't think cheddar is the best cheese to use with salmon. I made it a second time with smoked gouda, swiss, and feta and it came out amazing.

Cream Cheese and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken

This came out awesome! I modified it a bit. I added Italian seasoning to the cream cheese before stuffing it in and used prosciutto and mozzarella because i couldn't find just prosciutto. I coated the outside of the chicken in the cream cheese and topped with more mozzarella and prosciutto and stuck it all in the oven. It came out with a nice sauce that would be great over pasta.

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

This was great, especially for how simple it is! I only had beef broth so I boiled it down to get it thicker, I also threw in about half of a large onion and three large cloves of garlic (I love garlic) and let it boil down together. Once the onions were nice and tender I added the meat, and when I put the meat in the sandwich I strained out the onions and garlic out and used the broth for dipping. Came out awesome.

Killer Broccoli Cheese Soup

I love this recipe. Substitute milk for heavy whipping cream to reduce fat and add flour if you would like the soup to be thicker.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I was not fond of this at all. The tofu gave it a very squishy texture that required me to cook it for much longer in order to get rid of it, and even then it was about the consistency of stuffing.

Lobster Soup

I made this soup as described according to the recipe and it was far too bland for my taste (though to be fair I like things very spicy). I revamped it to get it the way i like it. I added lump crab meat, crawfish, green onions, 1 tbs white wine (dry Riesling), 3 tbs Sherry, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. Thank you for giving me the base to what became a soup that I will definitely make again.

Ghirardelli® Ultimate Chocolate Fondue

This fondue was amazing! I substituted Amaretto for the chocolate liquor and it came out wonderfully! My fiancee and I made it for date night and couldn't keep the rest of his family out of it while it was still in the kitchen.

Ali's Green Sauce

This recipe almost gets 5 stars, but as is was way too bland. I added a ton more cilantro (I'm not sure exactly how much, I just kept adding till it tasted the way I liked it) and one more tomatillo. Once I did that it was awesome.

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

While the taste was excellent, I made the recipe as described and the whole thing curdled. I used a dry Riesling as the wine and someone in the reviews mentioned that lemon juice would make it less stringy so I added a little bit and that actually seemed to make it worse. I'm not really sure what happened. I think it was the cheddar. It was fine until I put that in. I might make this again with only half the cheddar.
