Pizza On The Grill I
yum! This was delicious, and you can obviously make it and add any toppings/sauce you want. My only suggestions would be to grill one side as stated in the directions, but then remove it and assemble it one a floured cookie sheet or pizza stone, and then slide the uncooked side back onto the grill. That way you don't have to worry about hovering over a hot grill or burning one side if your assembling takes a while. Also, this recipe does not yield 16 servings in my opinion. I made the entire dough recipe, rolled the dough fairly thin and still served almost 3/4 of it among 4 people.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo
This was great! But I only gave it 3 stars because I made a lot of adjustments. First, I used the Italian seasoning dressing mix from the Allrecipes website, but omitted the salt. There is plenty of other salt in this recipe, and you can always sprinkle some salt over it all at the end if desired. I also used fat free cream cheese and the healthier version of the soup. I used half the amount of cream cheese as was recommended in the recipe based on some recommendations and I am really glad I did...it came out to be the perfect consistency. I tripled the garlic, added about half a cup on diced onions at the same time, omitted the mushrooms (based on personal preference) and added slightly steamed broccoli and sliced red peppers when I added the soup mixture. This added color to the dish and also tasted good. Finally, in the last 15 minutes or so of cooking, I added about 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and some parmesan cheese.

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes
As written this was not good at all. Cooking the fish with wine in a sealed foil packet does not allow any of the alcohol to evaporate off. It just tastes like you are eating alcohol drenched fish (and that may sound good...but it's not). I won't make it again, but as a suggestion to those who want to, I would suggest leaving the foil packet open to allow everything to still cook together, but also allow the alcohol to cook off.
