Caldo De Res (Beef Soup)

I made to for my husband and he loved it! and he's a true mexican from south texas. If you grew up with this soup you must try this recipe it taste like home.

They cookies were ok. Not the best but ok with a glass of milk. I might not make it again any time soon. But i wont rule it out, until i find that prefect recipe.
