Rump Roast Au Jus
This was easy and tender. I cut back the spices to 2/3 of what was recommended. Great leftovers for sandwiches.

Szechwan Shrimp
WOW, best I have ever had even better than a restaurant. I used 2# of fresh shrimp, quadrupled that sauce, used a fresh jalapeno instead of the red pepper and prior to adding the shrimp, I added about a cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of bok choy and 1/2 cup of slivered carrots. Any veggies would work, should have thrown in some peas, yellow and red pepper may have been nice. We are fighting over the leftovers. Dish was enough for 6 people with brown rice.

Stir-Fried Shrimp with Snow Peas and Ginger
This is a great, healthy, low cal dish and easy to make. Definately double the sauce because it is so good! I cut down the garlic to 2 tsp instead of 2 TBSP which seemed like too much even though we love garlic and I hit it with about 5 drops of tabasco sauce to add a little pop. Everyone in the family loved it. Will also try sauce on a veggie stir fry.
