Old Settlers' Baked Beans

These were good... just a teensy bit bland. I couldn't quite figure out what was missing. I still thought they were great, though!

Vegetable Pizza I

Love love! Been making for years! I use a large cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) and it makes well over 12 servings. The only veggies I use are broccoli, cauliflower, and shredded carrots. EVERYONE raves about these! Here's a tip to get your veggies and cheese to stay put: Put a sheet of plastic wrap over the top and smoosh the veggies into the cream cheese mixture before putting in the fridge to set/chill.

Beer Margaritas

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

So delicious!!! I did use a rotisserie chicken instead of canned, and about 12 oz of shredded velveeta cheese. You probably could get away with 8oz. Brown rice and the healthy choice soups also make this a teensy bit healthier. This was a quick and easy weeknight dish and will definitely be making it again. Thanks for posting!!

Yummy Artichoke Dip

Oh Wow...this was so delish! Made almost as directed. I did use 2 cans of artichokes (not marinated), low fat mayo and low fat cream cheese.... only because I was trying to cut down cals and fat. Other than that.... the green chilis added a nice touch! Loved it!

Taco Stuffed Shells

Fantastic!! Although this recipe did NOT need changing, I did make a few and I am simply noting them here so I will know what I did for next time. And there WILL be a next time! Instead of the refried beans I added 4 oz. of low fat cream cheese, 2-3 TBS of the salsa and a little handful of shredded cheese to the beef mixture. I was able to fill 20 shells....and didn't skimp. I also used a a medium taco sauce with the salsa on the bottom of pan as well as on top of shells... gave it a nice tacoy flavor. Served my refried beans on the side. DELISH!!

Awesome Broccoli Casserole

This was really good! I did forget to add onion, but at the last minute added onion powder and it was still good. I do think the onion would have made it better though. The ONLY thing I changed (well besides forgetting the onion) was, I did do what others suggested and put all of the cheese IN the casserole and none on top. And one little side note... If you couldn't actually see that the corn was in there you would never know it was. It really added nothing to the dish whatsoever. I'm wondering if Mexicorn would have been more flavorful? One more thing I may change next time, although not a deal breaker... is I will get the frozen broccoli flourets insted of chopped cuts. I like my borccoli a bit more tender. My sister, however loved the firmness of the cuts... So it's really a personal preference thing!! All that said.... This is definitely a keeper and will be making it again!!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Except for the texture, I would have thought that I was eating a Krystal burger!! Make sure you top it with a dill pickle chip and a dab of mustard for that unique flavor! Love these little guys!

Carrot Casserole

This is so different. I was looking for something out of the norm and this was perfect! I made this to the letter and I don't believe it could have been any yummier!!! Everyone that ate it had seconds and thirds! This will be my new Pot luck dish to bring to our families Thanksgiving get together! They will love it!

Spinach Brownies

Insead of shredded mozarella, I used 16 oz. of 1/2 inch cubed monterey jack. The big chunks of cheese is what really makes this appetizer the bomb for me!!! Thanks for sharing!

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

We always have this as a side dish for Thanksgiving, and this recipe is exactly like my mother-in-law's. Every now and then my aunt will use orange jello and mandarine oranges for a change up...and I was skeptical at first, but it is actually just a delicious that way too!!!
