Artichoke Spinach Spread in Wonton Baskets

These were a hit~~~I used 2 jars of Marinated Hearts~~add white pepper~~ needed to be spiced abit. Ended up with 20 appys. Excellent!! thanks.

California Italian Wedding Soup

This is excellent soup!! Didn't have chicken broth SO used beef broth and still turned out Excellent!!! Added afew drops of lemon juice and some grated carrot- which I have had in previous soups. Thanks~~~

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

This was excellent and easy to make. I just peeled the tomatoes first and used the hand blender:added a few fresh herbs. Liked the chunky tomatoes. Will make again and have sent it on to friends. Thanks.

Skillet Herbed Chicken with Mustard

Yummmy-Good!!! Easy- and the sauce was excellent. Only difference I did was use fresh herbs and add afew sprigs of rosemary. Will make again. Thanks.

Rhubarb Surprise Pie

This is a SURPRISE!!! Lots of raves and oohs and ahhs. Used a 10" pie plate - had 5 cups of rhubarb so used it all - It turned out just super - sure will be making again and again.A little Ice cream or whip cream added on top just hit the spot.

This is VERY GOOD!! sent this on to alot of friends. I had some pie cust and used that;; worked just fine. You might think you have alot of juice~but there is not. Excellent!!!

Orange Date Muffins

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

This is a definate Keeper: Used bread machine - dough setting: also added more garlic(Crushed): didn't have green onion - liked the chopped onion:more parmesan cheese needed. This is a Fun bread to Make and Eat!!!!
