This was incredible! The only thing I did different was browning the chicken breast on the George Forman grill instead of cooking in oil. Restaurant quality and fabulous flavor. Can't wait to serve it to guests! Thanks Beckie

Sweet Pepper Skillet

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

This was a very simple and tasty recipe. I did follow others suggestions to use chicken broth. I put in a lot of spinach, and also added mushrooms. It was a big hit. Thanks for the yummy recipe.

I use this recipe with "Frosted Banana Bars" found on this site. It's fun to watch peoples expression after the 1st bite. They are in heaven. A true winner and a fabulous treat.

Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup

This recipe was wonderful! I did follow the advice of others and used 6 cups of broth. ( I used chicken broth, only because I had just boiled chicken and had the broth on hand.} Otherwise, I pretty much followed the directions. What a nice "comfort food" on a cool evening. Thanks for the recipe!

Peach Cake II

WONDERFUL! I used 1 1/2 cups of sugar instead of 1 3/4. I also used more peaches than called for. (6 fresh peaches) I took others suggestion and made a glaze for the top. I used 1 stick of unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of sugar and about 1/4 cup of peach schnapps, along with 1/2 can evaporated milk. Very moist, very yummy!

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

Thanks for the wonderful recipe Julie! I used non fat half and half and 99% fat free chicken broth with reduced sodium, and it still turned out excellent! My husbands new #1 favorite!

Angel Chicken Pasta

WOW! Is the response I got from my husband when I made this. He is not one to like eating the same things over and over again, but he said this would certainly be an exception! I have made this twice, and it just seems to get better every time. Add mushrooms to the recipe for something really special!
