Gluten-Free Moist Choc Chip Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2014
These have great flavor! I thought the consistency was a tad gummy, but I'm pretty picky. Also, I didn't have applesauce, so I just pureed an apple with the bananas. That may have affected the consistency a little. All in all this is a great recipe and I plan to save it and make it again.

Gluten-Free Honey Scones

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2014
These turned out great! I didn't have any coconut flour or xantham gum, but I decided to try out the recipe anyway. The scones turned out slightly crunchy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. I will definitely make these again!

Fajita Seasoning

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2014
Delicious! I'm trying to cut back on processed foods and artificial flavorings, so I wanted to make my own fajita seasonings instead of buying the packet. This was exactly what I was hoping for.

Sausage Hash With Apples & Sage

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2014
This had great flavor! I used equal amounts of Dijon and ketchup because I'm a fan of the mustard flavor. I also added a dash of maple syrup to make it a little more savory. My husband and I both loved it. I think this sauce would also go great on chicken breasts or roasted vegetables.

This is so tasty and easy! I used half and half as recommended by another reviewer and it worked out great. I may even make this the next time that I have company over!

Pudding from Scratch

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2014
This was easier that I thought it would be and it turned out great. I used half whole milk and half fat free milk and it still thickened up perfectly.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
I love the traditional cream of mushroom soup recipe, but this was even better! It was easy to do and didn't take too long either. I will definitely make this version of green bean casserole from now on.

Terri's Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2012
Simple, fast and tasty. I like my sloppy joes a little saucier, so I had to almost double the sauce recipe. The flavor was great though!

Cornbread Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2012
These pancakes were great! I didn't have cornmeal so I just used a box of Jiffy corn muffin mix (the back of the box listed the ingredients as: wheat flour, cornmeal and sugar - perfect!) and then I added the rest of the ingredients that this recipe called for. I had to substitute skim milk + vinegar for the buttermilk and I also added a little brown sugar. The edges turned out a little crispy and the insides were nice and fluffy. My husband and I both loved them! They are a fun spin on traditional pancakes and they taste great topped with blueberries and maple syrup.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
Best chocolate chip cookie! They turn out crispy on the edges and soft in the middle - just as advertised. I scoop out a large mound of dough (about the size of a golf ball) and bake them for about 9-10 min. They look like they're not done at first, but they're still chewy after they cool. I also add an extra half-teaspoon of vanilla and mix some dark chocolate and white chocolate chips in with the semi-sweet. They are the most popular cookies I've ever brought to work!

Caramel Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
These brownies were gooey and perfect. I substituted milk duds for the caramel and chocolate chips and it made for less prep time and easy clean up.
