This recipe was good and had good flavor :) I didn't add the carrots just because I didn't think the kids would eat them. I did add 1 more TBSP butter and 1/4 tsp of salt as well but that's just preference.

Healthier Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I absolutelty loved this recipe!! The flavor is wonderful and the fresh cilantro makes it amazing. My husband is picky about "healthy" recipes, but he thinks this soup is great! No substitutions made. :)

Pumpkin Fudge

My mom and I really wanted some pumpkin fudge... my mom is a great fudge maker, BUT this recipe isn't really clean cut. We followed the recipe EXACTLY.... the whole cook time, exact ingredients...etc. When we removed from heat and added white choc chips and vanilla, it turned to a powdery consistency. We had to add 1/4 cup water and 1 TBSP butter to get it back to creamy and back on the heat. Not sure what happened. The taste it ok... we added 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and cloves but overall this recipe was just ok.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Excellent taste and easy to prepare! My family loved it. It was really good served with rice. We have been looking for healthy recipes and this was great. You can lessen the sesame oil and even brown sugar if you want to decrease fat/cal more.
