Classic Whiskey Sour
I've been using a similar recipe for years - but I do equal parts syrup and I add the cherries and a slice of orange to the mix while blending.

Shrimp Summer Rolls with Asian Peanut Sauce
I made the recipe using some fresh perch I caught. I wrapped the mix in egg roll wrappers and then baked them @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes in the oven. I agree w/ cutting the teriyaki sauce in half. I also found the sauce to spicy for my taste, so cut the hot sauce in half. Overall, very good. The family loved them.

World's Best Lasagna
It really is the best I've ever had/made. My wife wanted to make lasagna for company, and I wanted to surprise her by having it cooked when she got home. She wasn't happy I cooked it (b/c she likes to use her family recipe) but her and the company raved about it for days. I used slightly spicy ground Italian sausage.
