Zesty Quinoa Salad

This recipe is great! I only made 2 adjustments. I used 1 tablespoon of cumin instead of two and I used Roma tomatoes instead of cherry because I am not a fan of cherry tomatoes. If you want it to be a cold salad I suggest making the quinoa ahead of time so it has time to cool and you can serve it immediately. I love love love this salad!

The Best Veggie Sandwich

I made this for lunch and it was really good! I didn't have any sprouts and I used whole wheat bread rather than english muffins. I also used light ranch and low fat cheese to cut down on the calories. I took away a star because I think there was too much ranch. Also remember to salt and pepper the tomato. Overall great recipe!

California Smoothie

This recipe is super easy and SO GOOD. I used low fat lemon yogurt and Trop 50 orange juice to cut down even more on the calories. Planning on making this again!

Creamy Chicken, Bacon and Tomato Pasta

Overall this dish was just ok. I had to add alot of garlic salt, red pepper flakes and onions to give it more flavor. Probably won't make this again.

Special Deviled Eggs

Never made deviled eggs before and this was AMAZING! Although I left out the horseradish because I didnt have it but it was still great. Also I increased the onions to 1/4 cup because I love them.
