Sorry, but this was terrible.Although the recipe doesn't explain, I assumed the crumbs were meant to be pressed into the pan. I did not press them up the side. The crust was way too greasy. The crust could have been much improved by baking it. But the filling was worse. No where near sweet enough or orange enough or anything enough. In fact it tasted just like cream cheese. It was definitely not sliceable -the crust fell apart and the filling was goo. I scraped out the filling and oranges (I threw out the crust) and added eggs, cream, vanilla, Grand Marnier, and orange peel and baked up a very tasty cheesecake.
