Eggplant Mixed Grill

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
i grilled only peppers and eggplant, used less balsamic vinegar and more olive oil and two garlic cloves instead of six. i have used whole eggplants (peeled of course), cut into plates. i did not freeze it. ate this with baked potatoes... did not try the original version so i do not know if this is better or worse :D

Very delicious, thanks for the great comments. I did the version with separate oil/butter and separate cheese/spices.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
Simply great. Comments helped me a lot to improve the recipe. I also sprinked the mushrooms with parmesan cheese and used muffin form. I used champignon (probably also known als white button) mushrooms.

I had no special salts like celery or onion salt, also no sage, but still pretty cool, one of the best soups I ever had!

Coconut Curry Tofu

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
Yummy curry, did use spinach instead of bok choy /would be probably very expensive to use that/, used canned mushrooms, and instead of coconut milk i used shredded coconut with milk. We had it with couscous.

Really yummy! I did it as a chocolate heart cake for my gf, and also made muffins using this recipe. Definitely recommended.

Spicy Asian Medley

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
Great one. 1. I soaked the tofu cubes in soy sauce. 2. Fried also almond nuts and peanuts, along with the onion and garlic. 3. Added fresh spinach leaves and green onion to the mix (just the green part) 4. I have no Thai chilli paste, so I used a powder chilli 5. I have no hoisin sauce, skipped that 6. Instead of that, I added black pepper /the powder/ and basil :)
