Grill Dough

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
Loved it. Proof the dough by adding 1/4 cup hot water and a 1/2 tsp sugar let set about 10 minute until foamy and about double in size then add to rest of dry ingredients. I used a little extra flour and additonal 1/2 tsp sugar. I used dough hook. Used about 3/4 cup more hot water to make dough. Let rise about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I divided into two just to make easier to flip on grill and make two different kinds of pizzas. I also added about 2 Tbsp. Fresh chopped Rosemary to dough when mixing. Grilled about 5 min on one side on gas grill with grill cover open took off, added toppings put back on grill for another 5-7 min with grill cover closed. One pizza we did red sauce w/ sundries tomato, left over steak, red onion, and cheese. The other with same red sauce Canadian bacon, and pineapple. Both were super! Can easily double recipe and still fit on grill. 4 rectangle pizzas worked well. Nice for party.

Rosemary Lemon Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
Very good. I accidenently melted the butter when softening butter and it worked. It ended up being up being easier. I also flatten chicken to make it easier to evenly grill. Nice recipe. Thanks. I may use ovoo in marinade next time and butter in topping next time.

Cheesy Hash Brown Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
Good universal appeal. I made it in slow cooker on high for 5 hours, stir a couple of times. I tried cream of celery and cream of mushroom. I also doubled it and only used 1 cup of Parmesan.

Good, I doubled the recipe and froze one. Great recipe. My kids don't like the topping but still delicious without topping.

Simple Taco Soup

great soup. After frying the ground beef I put in crockpot for 3 hours. It worked well to make it ahead and just reheat in crockpot.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 20, 2011
I doubled the recipe and used taco sized tortillas. 10 tortillas per 9 x 13 pan. One pan I topped with green enchilada sauce and one with red enchilada sauce. Some guests preferred one over the other but it was about 50% for the green and 50% for the red sauce.

Harvey Ham Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
Excellent. I used much larger ham and still used same amount of mustard 8 ounces and 1 lb brown suger. Takes about an hour to shred but well worth it. I removed all but about 1 inches of ham juice before adding mustard and sugar. This made for very moist sandwiches.
