My family loved this! I used 1/4 c. milk instead of 1/3 c. water, and I also added about a tbsp of cornstarch along with some garlic powder and cajun powder to the batter. I fried them in a skillet with about 1/2 c. vegetable oil over medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
