Banana Cake VIII

I made this cake for a gathering and everyone liked it. But there was a bitter taste in your mouth after. I can only guess that it was from the baking soda? As much as we liked it when we were eating it,i could never make it again,because of the nasty after taste.

Maple Apple Chicken Burgers

This was to sweet with the maple syrup, and it needed more seasoning.The sauce was very good.I have been shredding apples and adding them to my chicken burgers for many years,it adds moisture

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I made this twice now,and it is a good recipe. But its not a great, way to much butter,there is enough oil in the mayo so reduce the butter to 1 tbsp.The onion powder overpowers the parmesan,the second time i left it out and it was better.

Finnish Pulla

I followed the oven temp.that it called for and the bread burned. So i lowered the temp to 350 and it still burned on the bottom,what a disaster.I can't be the only one this happened to!
