Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies

Not the best cookie recipe I have tried - I found them to taste a little flour-y. I made them for a party and due to time restraints, had to omit the icing. Others told me they really liked them. Were they being nice? I don't know. I too cut the chocolate chips in half and they still were very chocolate chippy. I was hoping for more of a pumpkin flavor or else I would have given 4 stars.

Mediterranean Fish Soup

This recipe was great, I omitted the olives and substituted Tilapia instead of cod. I slow cooked it all day and actually added the shrimp and fish at the same time.
