Oatmeal Waffles

Pretty tasty. I halved the recipe and used whole grain wheat flour. Next time I'll be sure to get quick cooking oats (vs. the old fashion ones I used), since they stayed a bit hard. Thanks for sharing.

Fresh Pear Cake

More of a bread then a cake. Dense, full of pears, and delish. I cut the sugar in half, added an extra cup of walnuts (net time will increase even more), added flax & wheat germ, and used 1 cup of whole grain wheat flour. Thanks for sharing.

Yummy. Per other reviews, I used 2 1/2 cups milk, and the consistency was perfect. Next time, I'll use half a can of sweetened condensed milk (a bit too sweet for my liking). Thanks for sharing.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Yummy. Super easy to make and delish. I didn't make the toppins, cut the sugar down to half a cup, used 3/4 cup whole grain and 3/4 cup white flour. Next time, I'll increase the blueberries by 1/2 cup. Thanks for sharing.

Lemon Pudding Cake II

This didn't turn out for me. 40 minutes into the baking, and the top had barely even set. Ended up cooking it well over an hour and by then, the "pudding" curdled. Thanks for sharing. The flavor was great.

These were pretty yummy. I agree with other reviewers that when I think of puff, I think of a pastry, so the taste is unexpected - just like a cake donut. Next time, I'll try to switch the shortening to butter. Thanks for sharing

Salmon with Tomatoes

Yummy. Hubby didn't care for it, but I really enjoyed it. I only used about 1/2 cup of uncooked rice (half and half of brown and white) and quartered cherry tomatoes. Thanks for sharing.
