I'm an elementary education major at Penn State. I love making desserts... pies, cookies, cakes. I also like making quick dinner recipes like the ones on Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals to make at school. Baking lots of cookies for Christmas and Easter, especially pizelles and chruschike. The first time I spun pizza dough by hand at the pizza place I work at. Not difficult but I was so excited! lol The first time I tried to make a banana cream pie the filling was too thin and had chunks in it. It was terrible!
