Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

Reviewed: May 26, 2004
I thought this recipe was great. I ate the sausage like a hot dog, in a bun with some spicy mustard. It really hit the spot when I was pregnant!

These were pretty good. I melted some chocolate chips and drizzled them over the top. Not bad!

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed: May 26, 2004
I think this coleslaw is great! I only had a taste of it when I made it last night~ I plan on having it with dinner tonight. I did add a little extra mayo to make it a tad creamier, and used only buttermilk. Yummy!

I thought this recipe was good. I think next time I will blanch the carrots along with the broccoli. I also added some artichoke hearts, which turned out great!

Dill Dip I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2003
I thought this dip was good, but the dried minced onion is overpowering. I was expecting more of a dill flavor. Next time, I am going to omit the onion flakes altogether.

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2003
This ranch dressing is awesome. I used lite mayo, fat-free sour cream, and low fat buttermilk to thin it out a little bit. It was great! I also added some cayenne pepper for a little spice.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2003
This salmon was SO GOOD! I didn't have any parsley, and it was great without it. I can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch! Would probably work well with chicken breasts.

Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Kebabs

I thought these were just OK. They maybe better if you marinate them for longer than 20 minutes. I thought they were rather bland.

Tangy Chicken Fajitas

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2003
I thought this recipe was good, but I prefer traditional chicken fajitas. I might use this again just as a marinade for whole boneless, skinless breasts to grill.
