Wilma's Fish Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Awesome!!! I useded only 1 can of soup. I added 1 can milk. I ran out of bread. I had about 2 cups diced bread so I used flavored croutons. Didn't have marjoram. Used Old Bay. Used lemon pepper directly on fish. Its a keeper. Served with spinach rice.

Cream Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2006
Well its Christmas Eve and the whole cheese ball is gone!! Now I have to spend tomorrow making copies of this recipe. I also added sundried tomatoes that were in olive oil but I blotted the oil with a paper towel after chopping. Do drain the pineapple or it will be to wet. I even forgot to roll it in nuts and it still diappeared. Plus some people are allergic or just don't like nuts. They weren't missed.

Orange Cream Cookie Mix

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2004
I'm making them right now and the last batch is in cooking. Seems that the sugar or tang makes a crispy burnt edge and therefore makes the whole cookie taste burnt. I adjusted the time and still doesn't work. Don't waste your time.

Cassie's Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2005
Fabulous recipe!!! Made several times. Changed the serving size to 36 and put into a 9 x 13 pan. Everyone at play group loved it. But you must either frost it or put 2 cups choclate chips in or its more like a cake. MMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!

Blueberry Dump Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2006
I don't know why its called a cake because it doesn't rise. When you put the butter on weather it be in chunks or melted it just turns into a mock streusel topping on top of blueberries. What a waste of perfectly good blueberries. I think if you could get the cake to rise by adding eggs or water to the cake mix before pouring it on the blueberries it would be muuuuccch better. I'll try that next time and report back.

English Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2006
These were verrrry easy to make. Just the rise time is time consuming. I found that after they were cut into english muffins they didn't rise much. I put them on a cookie sheet in the oven on 200 deg. for 20 min. That did the trick! I cooked them on my non-stick griddle with spray and they took about 6-7 min/side at 325/deg. Like someone else said next time I'm going to try a 4" cutter and as alot of people have mentioned, they don't have nooks and crannies but do has a very strong english muffin taste. Would have given 5 stars if there were nooks and crannies.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2003
I add carrots, potatoes and long pieces of celery. I find no need to add more than 1/4 cup if even that because there is enough water in the veggies.I also do the same for beef stew. Great meal with biscuits on a cool winters day!!!
