Grands!® Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2014
It definitely needed to be cooked longer, it was still doughy after 22 minutes. I also seasoned the chicken with sage, thyme and salt like other reviewers suggested. It's a fun alternative to regular chicken pot pie.

Greens with Cannellini Beans and Pancetta

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2012
Made this without the bacon/pancetta, extra garlic and olive oil and it came out perfect! Will be making again.

Campbell's® Pennsylvania Dutch Ham and Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
I made this tonight and it came out delish. I don't really follow measurements too much. I used 1 can cream of broccoli and on can of the cream of mush. LOTS of ham and two onions. Big hit.

Old Fashioned Potato Kugel

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
This was a very good and very easy recipe. I have never made a potato kugel before but this was delicious. That being said, I have to say it was the most unattractive recipe I ever made. I do not need my food to be pretty but it should at least look appealing. The potatoes turned grey from oxidization, obviously this is no fault to anyone except the potato ;o) A friend told me that I should soak the grated potatoes in milk to prevent them from changing color. I am going to try that next time.

Easy Irish Colcannon

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
Just made this and it came out delish. I didn't peel the potatoes. I used a stick of butter and half a cup of whole milk. I also threw in a few chicken bouillon cubes to add some flavor. The hubs loved it, and it was a nice change for St. Patty's day.

German Apple Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
I had a ton of apples so I decided to try something new. This "cake" is delicious but VERY moist. My husband actually said it was more like a bread pudding than cake and I tend to agree. The only thing I changed was I substituted applesauce for the oil. I also used a bundt pan thinking it would be like a cake. If I make it again I will stick to the 9x13 dish like the recipe calls for.

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
I love the seasoning in this recipe. I don't really measure so my amounts were different. I used fresh rosemary and marinated the ingredients in a ziploc bag for about an hour and then cooked it in a pan rather than baking it. The bits of garlic and fresh rosemary browned up beautifully and tasted delish!

Croque-Monsieur

Awesome easy recipe. I left off the mayo and salt and used whole wheat bread. Huge hit with the hubs and 3 year old. I have made this numerous times and usually different ways and it always comes out great.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
Made this tonight for dinner. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup the low sodium kind as well as fat free sour cream. I used probably 3-4 cups of ham. I didn't boil the potatoes that long so I needed to bake the dish a little longer. I think however you adjust this recipe it will come out delicious. We loved it and it was perfect.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
Great recipe! I was looking for something different than just a plain roasted chicken and this was perfect. I didn't cut up the whole chicken and it still came out delish.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
This is the first time I have made corned beef and cabbage this way. Normally I make it in the crock pot. I always worried about it not coming out tender if it was boiled. This recipe was perfect, the only thing I added was a can of beer for more flavor. I will be making it this way from now on. Bye bye crock pot recipe!

Hamantashen II

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
I just made these and they came out great. The dough was very easy to work with, I needed very little flour when rolling it out. I cut the baking time to 15 minutes. I also used apricot, strawberry and raspberry jams instead of apple pie filling. Huge hit. I will be making these again.

Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
I baked to dough before putting everything on for 10 minutes to get it extra crispy. I also added grilled chicken. I thought the recipe was delish but the hubs didn't think so. I hate when that happens.

This came out amazing! I made my own pesto sauce and left out the red pepper flakes. Hubba loved it as did our 2 year old son. I will definitely make it again.

Chocolate Macaroons I

Reviewed: May 28, 2009
Not your typical macaroon. Very chewy and not at all cake like. I used milk chocolate because that was what I had, it made them too sweet. Next time I will use semisweet. I also put the cookie sheet in the refrigerator after baking, a must to help them keep their shape.

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
There are so many variations you can do with this recipe, it always turns out amazing! I left out the feta and olives, my husband doesn't like them. I added fresh spinach, tomatoes and crushed red pepper. I also nuked the squash for 10 mins. instead of baking it. Delicious!

I made this today and it came out wonderful. I sent my husband to the store for the ingredients and he actually bought the Pillsbury Breadsticks, it still came out delicious. I also added raspberry preserves. So yummy! I will definitely make this again.
