Poulet a la Saucisse

We made this as part of the "Your Very Own French Bistro" menu. It was really fantastic and made the evening. The hot italian saugage we used had too much heat though, even for me. Next time I am considering mild and perhaps adding a little crushed pepper to control the heat better. Excellent.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

Excellent, I made this as a part of a menu as the starter and it worked out very well, except the cheese. I am not exactly sure what went wrong onther than perhaps I didn't leave it in the oven long enough. Other wise it was delicious.

Raspberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast

Made for Mother's Day brunch. I used a panini maker to knock them out. I had extra Rasberries and Puree so just put them on the table. Very nice new flavor and twist on French toast.

Horseradish Sauce

I made this for a Christmas Day Roast and it came out Fantastic. I made it exactly as the recipe called for about three hours before dinner and tasted it as I put in the fridge. The taste of the Cider vinegar seemed very strong. When served the Sauce was smooth creamy and the blended ingredients complimented each other perfectly. Even those who cannot take a lot of "Heat" enjoyed it!

Smirnoff Classic Martini

For simple summertime fun using the shaker provides for a nice effervescent cocktail that will cool you off. I have used 1 once of Smirnoff Vodka and a 1/4 onuce of Smirnoff Citrus to lighten it up a bit and provide some enhancement to the lemmon twist. As far as the vermouth goes I just wave it over the shaker and that is plenty for me.

Whipped Horseradish Sauce

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

You're not going to believe this, but I made this recipe for a church chili contest and won 1st Place with it the first time I made it. I made very minor modifications, I used one can of Pinto Beans substituting the can of Red Kidney Beans and managed the use of the tomato sauce during the simmering to get the consitency I like. I enjoyed this Great Recipe and so did our church and I have the blue ribbon to prove it!!!!!

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

Fantastic is all I can say. We grilled chicken tenders and then served everything on a platter. I built my Gyro and took a bite and could not believe we replicated one of our favorite dishes! Even the recipe for the Tzatziki sauce was perfect. Thank you, we will make it again!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

We succesfully executed this recipe! Kids and Adults all loves it. I made two modifications. We used Ketchup and we reduced the pepper to 1/8th of a tsp. Both worked out very well. The pepper was still there and the hint of it was ok with my very sensetive family! Thank you for this great recipe! Made it again Sept 2011 even better this time! Kid loved it!
