Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
I tossed a bag of frozen veggies in the skillet and used a packet of bisquick cheddar & garlic biscuits. I liked someone else's idea of using canned biscuits. I thought it was kind of blah, but my 13 yr old daughter loved it. I would make again, but add more flavoring. I left out the basil as I don't care for it. By using the frozen veggies, it was very simple & quick.

Cranberry Chicken I

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
I mixed the sauce then tossed everything in the crockpot & let it cook. Very easy. My 13 yr old daughter loved it. Made brown rice & green beans to go with it.

Slow Cooker, Easy Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2015
Like many others, it was too watery for my liking. I read another review about mashing the potatoes, so I did & I like it much better than the chunks of potatoes. I cut bacon into teeny pieces & cooked my own, I left some extra for the top. I didn't add the extra seasoning salt & pepper, it was perfect without it. I will definitely make again!

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2012
I made this in the crockpot & started by putting a "layer" of picante sauce on the bottom (hate tomato, especially the big chunks in salsa) and added canned black beans & corn. I had a pkg of burrito seasoning on hand so I lightly coated the chicken & put on top of picante/bean/corn mixture & covered with more picante sauce. My father in law said it smelled good & said is was very good. Very easy to make, especially in the crock pot, chicken was very tender. I will probably make again.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2011
My 13 yr old daughter really liked these. I spread some taco sauce in the bottom of the baking dish...I topped with salsa & some of the taco sauce...I also used the southwest cooking cream cheese like someone else had mentioned. I would make these again if asked, but probably would not if it were just for myself.

Easy and Quick Swiss Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
I too added the canned tomatos w/ the green pepper & onions. Hate tomato, so I just squished them up & only used the juice. I added 3 beef boullion cubes & did not use red peppers. Loved it!
