This is a winner. I will try it with cooked pudding sometime which I think tastes much better.

Blueberry Streusel Cobbler

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
really good. Blueberries were not in season so I used peaches and it was delicious. The sauce really makes it. Took it to a church dinner and brought nothing home except requests for the recipe.

Pecan Pumpkin Dessert

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
Really, really good. HOWEVER I did add a tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 of ginger and 1/4 cloves. Also, only used an 8 oz container of cool whip. And I only had wlanuts on hand so used them instead of pecans. Made it for a church luncheon and it went over very well.

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2008
Incredibly easy and tasty. My only complaint would be it is VERY sweet. Not sure how you would lessen it but you can't eat as much as you might like to. My kids liked it a lot.

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2008
I loved thisd recipe as is and have made it many times. I will probably try it with milk chocolate since my kids like that better then semi-sweet that I prefer. No one ever knows it's made from crackers.

We used only provolone bc we forgot the american. Picked 2 tomatoes off the vine. Used Wegman's already prepared pesto (which is really good). Fantastic sandwich. Def making again.

Cranberry Sauce I

I will NEVER buy the canned stuff again!!! This was so easy and had an unbelievabley fresh taste. And it took 10 minutes to make. Once you try this, you'll never go back to Ocean Spray.

Cajun Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
This is a fantastic cake. I only had one egg left but it still came out wonderfully. Loved the topping (so did my kids). Even some who don;t like pineapple enjoyed it. The pineapple almost disappears into the cake but makes it so moist and dense. Loved it.

Strawberry Torte

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2009
This is super simple and very tasty. Took it to a work "pig-out" and everyone loved it. I did add a 1/2 tpc of almond extract. Also couln't find 12 oz packages of lady fingers so had to substitute 3 oz ones and used 3 pkgs. worked out perfectly. Also used fresh berries for the top and used the frozen as the sauce. Layered some sauce in the middle and on top then covered w/fresh berries. Well worth the little time it takes to make.

Orange Pecan French Toast

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
Disagree with previous reviewer. This was very good as is. the only change I made was to use 5 whole eggs since I like it custardy. the orange flavor is very mild (if you use fresh oj as the recipe calls for)so no need to use less. took this to a work breakfast and everyone loved it. Very easy so will make it again...as written!

Delicious. I've also made it with celery in the mix and using a bottle of blue cheese dressing instead of ranch which i prefer. Every time I make it, I get raves.
