Asian Grilled Chicken
This is insanely good! I added a tbl of honey to marinade. I marinated chicken breasts 6 hours, reserved the marinade, boiled for 3 min to sterilize, brushed it on chicken as the filleted boneless skinless chicken breasts were grilling, and it was insane. I cooked my chicken 4 min each side at 400 grill temp that was plenty. I used the remaining sauce for dipping and over rice and vegetables. I will make it again and again!

Baked Ziti I
This is the best baked ziti recipe. I was skeptical about sour cream/provolone, but it was gooey yummy. Please make as the recipe is designed. You won't be disappointed. Great leftovers.

Creamy Asparagus Pasta
This was delicious, but I made the following changes. I added mushrooms (2 packs precut cook down), I sauteed mushroom, garlic (I used 8 cloves pressed), asparagus in olive oil and butter, added white wine (pinot grigio), I used 1 cup heavy cream (could add more), and juice from 1 1/2 lemons, salt and pepper. I really enjoyed it, the flavor was delicate and very enjoyable surprise. I will make this again and again. Delicious.
