Apple Pie Filling

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2004
Excellent recipe, easy and not too time consuming. And I love that it can be frozen, so I didn't have to can it.

Banana Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2003
These were so messy and time consuming and not worth the effort. The taste is okay but not like the real thing. My oil was destroyed and I had to soak my tongs for 45 minutes to get them clean. Plus it says to drain them on paper towel but if they stay there any longer than 2 minutes they stick to the paper. I will not make again.

Drunk German

This is such a yummy drink, but look out because it doesn't take long to get drunk because it goes down so easy!

Awesome - way better than the kind you buy at the store. A bit of work but well worth the effort!

Glazed Pork Chop

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2003
This was pretty much like squirting mustard on pork, I even reduced the amount based on past reviews and added more brown sugar, but it was still terrible. Plus it took way longer than 20 minutes to cook. I will not make again.

Best Ever Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2003
Not too bad, a bit dry though. I followed the suggestion and added more oil, but a bit more would have been better (1/2 cup maybe). I made mine with chocolate chips. I will try this again maybe with some blueberries.

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2003
Not bad for low fat, although the taste lets you know that the butter is missing. I actually got 12 muffins as well, not 10. A bit dry perhaps some more liquid next time (more bananas, or maybe some applesauce) Definitely a muffin I can enjoy on a diet though without feeling guilty!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2003
This is a great recipe! I made it without the raisins and it was great. Very light and just enough sweet. I have been wanting bread like this forever and now I have it. Thanks a lot!!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2002
These are soooooo nummy! I made them as gifts for all of my friends and they were a big hit. Make sure though that when you are wrapping the dough around the caramels that you do it well because otherwise the caramel and chocolate leak out - a few of mine were wrecked that way although it just made more for me to eat instead of give away! Thanks for a great recipe!

This is a great recipe. It bakes up just nicely and the sugared top crust is just extra yummy. I was looking for a great apple pie recipe and I found it!
