This was my first time roasting cauliflower and it was really delicious. I followed the recipe exactly but left out the parsley because I didn't have any, and I roasted it at 415 degrees instead of 450, which worked perfectly in my oven and I didn't have any problems with the garlic being burnt. Next time might try shredded parmesan insteady of grated. But overall it was delicious and the husband even really liked it.
