My wife and I thought it was great, but my college-age son thought is was okay. I cooked it in the slow cooker. When I got home from work, I shredded the meat and put it the pressure cooker. Then I poured all of the juices into the presurre cooker. I cooked it with high pressure for 20 minutes, then served. Very tasty! Will do this recipe again.
I didn't use beer, but I did use 1 cup of red wine.
