Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

i love all the ingrediants that make it chunky...i'm leaving out the curry next time. the first bite of it is good, but after awhile, i didn't care for it so much. but i ate some before i added the curry and loved it!

these are great! since i'm not a red meat eater, i made mine with ground turkey and turkey sausage. very good, but i think next time i'll just double the ground turkey and leave out the sausage. i love the bun, though! and as most posters have stated, i needed LOTS more flour, 2 extra cups i think.

Chicken and Corn Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
this stuff is awesome!!! i actually just made it a few weeks ago--in the middle of summer! i don't change anything in the recipe. the only minor thing is that i wish it wasn't so salty, especially because i scoop up the chili with tortilla chips!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

So so good! I added sundried tomatoes to mine. I found some at the grocery store that were in a jar. They were in olive oil with some kind of seasoning. I chopped them up and added them. Phenomonal! I also added a bit of garlic. If you'd like a more creamy dip, use less cheese.

Snickerdoodles V

Pretty good, but I would change a few things. And a teaspoon of vanilla and ditch the salt. It gives the cookie a funny aftertaste. I also used the butter flavored crisco. I got 30 cookies out of one batch.
