Broccoli Chicken Casserole III

Left out the curry powder, cut back on the sour cream. I put crushed up ritz crackers with melted margarine on top. good!

One Skillet Corned Beef Hash

I am not kidding! When I read this recipe I was eating canned corned beef and I keep tasting something that I couldn't put my finger on. It was vinegar....This recipe is good, just add some worcestshire sause and good to go...

Flavorful Meat Loaf

It was really good. I didn't have tomato sauce so I used ketchup, only put 1/4 milk and a splash of Italian dressing (first time) baked at 375 and it turned out great.

Fabulous Frosted French Toast

Whenever I make french toast I leave the bread out overnight otherwise it comes out too "mushy." Also it's great with just powdered sugar over the top no syrup.. yummy
