It was very good. One comment said to add cinnamon. So I added it, thought it would be something different. DO NOT DO THIS! It spoiled the whole thing. Ate it anyways, had to.

Pesto Chicken Penne Casserole

Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts

They were good but too gingery. Chicken breasts come so huge now days that I fillet them, either in thirds or halves. If you have the time partially freeze them as they are easier to slice. Plus it's cuts the cooking time.

Fabulous Frosted French Toast

Whenever I make french toast I leave the bread out overnight otherwise it comes out too "mushy." Also it's great with just powdered sugar over the top no syrup.. yummy

My Mom's Good Old Potato Salad

I agree it's probably what your used to. Potato salad must have some celery it in. Also I add a tablespoon of mustard to give it some zip.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
