Buffalo Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
This recipe was great with a few changes! I added two diced celery stalks, a heaping tbs minced garlic, as well as a diced red pepper to the green pepper and onion. I sauteed all the veggies in a little buffalo wing sauce (Frank's Red Hot) until just tender. Mixed those in with the Chicken, and 1 jar (about 3 cups) of Vodka Sauce, and big bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce, garlic powder, a little cayenne pepper, salt and fresh ground black pepper. I also substituted cottage cheese for the ricotta, because it's what I had on hand. I used Rice lasagna noodles to make it Gluten free, also thoughts of using potatoes in plase of the noodles too, will probably try next time! But came out great, my boyfirend and roommate were skeptical, but they both loved it! Served it with some sauteed spinach :) Hope this helps!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2003
These cookies are phenominal. So delicious and so easy to make. I substituted amaretto for the brandy to give it a slight nuttiness and it was fantastic, also i only bake them for about 7 minutes (so they stay chewy) i've made these twice now and they don't last through the day!!

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2003
This recipoe was wonde4rful and SO simple. I made it for my boyfriend and he was speechless, i drizzled the butter over the chicken breasts, and used a bit if creole seasoning all over. I did have to bake it for a while longer than directed... maybe pierce the breast a few place for more even distribution of heat, but other wise VERY tasty, not bland at all, will make again and again

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2003
This stuff was AMAZING! I used andouille sausage, cut the broth in half, doubled the meat and substituted okra for celery, great stuff!! If i had followed the recipe i think it would've been way to liquidy, even with the broth cut in half this recipe makes a ton of gumbo

These cookies were fantastic! like little cheese cakes! I used 8 oz instead of 3 oz, One because i figured it was a typo and two because i love cream cheese. They weren't too heavy, they were just perfect. Great with strawberry and blueberry preserves!!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2003
These were very tasty cookies, I added another half teaspoon of cinnamon, a half teasoppon of nutmeg, and a 1/4 teaspoon of ginger. I also used all butter. I only left them in the oven for about 8 or 9 minutes so they would stay chewy after they cooled. when I left them in for 12 minutes they were hard as a rock when they cooled off!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2003
This recipe was VERY easy to make and had good flavour, but the sace was a little to watery for my tastes. Maybe if made with some sour cream or even bleded with cream cheese and then poured over chicken and baked.

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2003
This is the most fabulous pumpkin pie!! i add a little more cinnamon and a half teaspoon of cloves to make it a little more spicy. Also, after it's in the oven for about 25 minutes, stirr the filling (mind the crust) Just so the ice cream doesn't separate and the top doesn't crack. My entire family LOVES this recipe!!
